Hannah Marszalek

Hannah Marszalek is a recent graduate from the University of Maryland with a BA in journalism and a minor in history. She is originally from New Jersey and now lives in the DC area. Previously, she has worked with the College Park Here & Now, the Howard Center for Investigative Journalism, and the UMD publication Stories Beneath the Shell. She is particularly interested in using data to make intriguing graphics and tell powerful stories. Aside from journalism, she plays multiple instruments and was very active in UMD’s band programs.
