Judah Duke

Judah Duke is a senior at Baruch College in New York City majoring in journalism, with a double minor in computer science and environmental sustainability, and is a spring fellow at Inside Climate News. He serves as business editor at Baruch’s student-run newspaper, The Ticker, and managing editor for Dollars & Sense magazine, in addition to a production assistant for the NJ PBS podcast Hazard NJ. Judah has spent his undergraduate career as a research assistant, helping author a psychological study considering New York college students’ perceptions of the climate crisis and its effect on anxiety and future planning. With an interest in science communication and public awareness, his work has revolved around reporting on environmental concerns in public infrastructure projects and investigating the environmental and health hazards from corporations’ mishandling of PFAS, better known as “forever chemicals.”
